That recipe usually produces leftovers for at least a few days. There is also plenty of butter as well. Overall, we eat a pretty healthy diet, but there's nothing like some good comfort food every once in awhile.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15687192784861682991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7762501382834269611.post-76542387092415174402010-11-27T01:18:14.051-07:002010-11-27T01:18:14.051-07:00June 2008? Making a sandwich I might think "go easy on the cheese" and then when we make something like this we're throwing in tons! Same with sugar, butter, etc.Dominic Rivronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02618013365521035400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7762501382834269611.post-68453848253724503902010-11-18T07:34:49.837-07:002010-11-18T07:34:49.837-07:00Hi Lizzy: So glad you liked it! The line, "I've said everthing I meant
to say to you—"

really struck me.

The way the recipe is interwoven in the poem is so skilfull and on so many levels it gets through—the mundanity of life, but also the beauty in same.
Another great one, John.

KatKat Mortensenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16877694888419628533noreply@blogger.com
